Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) provides its customers with digital platforms that help them to use their data optimally. The EMEA-wide rental process of appropriate demo equipment is managed by technology service provider CDS Service.

An important strategy for selling IT and other high-tech products that has a positive impact on customer satisfaction and trust in a brand is to provide demo equipment. This allows customers to test whether the product meets their requirements in terms of usability and performance before making a purchase. HPE also relies on such a service and provides appropriate hardware. This rental process is coordinated by the technology service provider CDS Service.

SaaS solution Limes

One service that HPE particularly benefits from is the provision of a platform for coordinating and monitoring loan cycles - the complete SaaS solution Limes, which was specially developed by CDS. "The scalable software gives an overview of all relevant data, from the status of the rental process to the performance of the equipment pool. That is extremely helpful in keeping track," said Martin Sazinger, HPE demo program manager for the EMEA region.

CDS convinces in many criteria

The decision to work with the technology service provider from Lage in Eastern Westphalia was based on many criteria. The company's experience, flexibility in dealing with changes, and price-performance ratio were just a few points that ultimately convinced the HPE managers. "The implementation of CDS's Rental Service was highly professional and within schedule," Sazinger enthusiastically states: „This also has a positive effect on the satisfaction of our customers. CDS is a reliable partner who recognizes its customers' challenges and reacts flexibly to changing requirements."

Alongside this flexibility, the collaboration is also characterized by the proactive development of concepts for further development and optimization of the HPE rental process on the part of the East Westphalian IT service provider. "We are always striving to offer our customers the best additional value possible," emphasizes Paul Koch, Managing Director of CDS.
