The ISO 9001:2015 certificate awarded proves that the internal company processes of the CDS Service Group comply with the international standard for quality management. At the same time, the quality of the processes has been further improved, thus addressing customer expectations and regulatory and legal requirements even more effectively.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard is applicable to all companies and industries and is based on a series of quality management principles such as high customer orientation, motivation and involvement of top management. The certification confirms that CDS quality management meets the following requirements:

- Continuous improvement
- Fact-based approach to decision-making
- Clearly formulated corporate goals with measurable key performance indicators
